How do I place an order?
It all starts with you telling me your idea via email or WhatsApp. After which, I will share a custom design and quote. Every piece is unique, and made for you, your way.
How long does the customisation process take?
The process completely depends on the complexity of the design. Ideally, it takes me 2 to 4 weeks from discussion to delivery.
Can I provide my own shoes or jackets for customization?
Absolutely (as long as they are new/unused)! You can either send me your items or I can source them for you at an additional cost.
What paints do you use?
I use premium, durable paints, made specifically for fabric and leather, so that the design lasts for years.
Are the designs waterproof?
Yes, all my designs are sealed to protect them from water and wear.
Can I get a sketch of my design before it’s painted?
Of course! I’ll share a digital preview with you for approval before starting the final artwork.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will depend on where you’re located.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the design?
I make sure you approve the design at every step, so there are no surprises. Once the item is painted, changes can’t be made.
